The item that you are viewing corresponds to the book ‘Artificial Flies’ by L. Vernon Bates published as part of the highly collectable ‘How to Catch them’ series. The book is a third printing published in 1962 by Herbert Jenkins Limited.

The book is being offered for sale in a very good condition for its age. The book comes with its original price-clipped dustwrapper, which has the usual albeit minor rub, shelf-wear and nibbling associated with its periphery/edges. The dustwrapper now comes protected by a clear cellophane outer cover. The book’s light blue boards and spine remain clean without obvious bumping or rounding to their edges and corners. Internally the book’s pages remain clean and undamaged. Please study my accompanying images for more details of this book and its dustwrapper.

This book comes from a non-smoking and pet-free household.
