The item that you are viewing corresponds to the book ‘River Fly-Fishing’ by L. Baverstock published as part of the highly collectable ‘How to Catch them’ series. The book is a first edition published in 1961 by Herbert Jenkins Limited.
The book is being offered for sale in an acceptable condition for its age. The book comes with a full colour reproduction non- price-clipped dustwrapper, photocopied from another book that I have in my own personal collection. The original source dustwrapper has the usual rub, shelf-wear and nibbling associated with its periphery/edges. The reproduction dustwrapper now comes protected by a clear cellophane outer cover. The book’s light blue boards are in an average condition with some bumping and rub to the upper and lower extremities of the spine. Each of the board’s non-spine corners have some further rub and rounding. The book’s spine and front board (and the rear to a lesser extent) have some significant sun bleaching associated with them, plus the occasional small grubby mark. Internally, the book’s pages remain in an overall good clean and crisp condition. Please study my accompanying images for more details of this book and its dustwrapper.
This book comes from a non-smoking and pet-free household.
Thanks for looking and good luck.

All items tend to be sent by second class post to help reduce your P & P costs and within two working days. Note that this is the slowest of the English Postal Service's options. If you wish to receive your items any quicker or by other routes (recorded, tracked etc) then please contact me and I will provide you with a revised P & P costs. The English postal service is usually very reliable, but items can go astray. A proof of posting will always be obtained but I cannot be held responsible once your item enters the postal system. That said, I will do all I can to help on these very rare occasions. I am willing to post outside of the UK - please contact me for cost of posting should this be required. I am very happy to combine your items in a single package and reduce P & P costs accordingly. Once again, please contact me and I'll provide you with a revised P & P costing. Note that your item(s) will only be sent once payment has been received.
