The binding is tight and all 105 pages within are bright white with no writing, underlining, high-lighting, rips, tears, bends, or folds, but there is some very light water staining on the top inside 1/2" corner of the inner pages. I don't know how, but the covers look perfect! The dust jacket is in good condition with no rips, folds or tears, but does have the obvious staining, as can be seen in my photos.
