Condition	If you viewed this item previously, I have downgraded the condition. Very poor condition. Evidence of water damage through all pages. Cover is swollen and well worn. Front cover page is torn and stuck to next blank page; no other pages appear to be stuck due to water damage. One fold-out map and another very large one in rear pocket (this one was too fragile for me to unfold to photo). Read "Note" in Description and view all photos before purchasing.

Admittedly, this copy is in very poor condition and is priced low because of the conditions noted. NOTE: The large map is loose and not in the pocket in the back; I couldn't fit it into the pocket without damaging. There are two additional maps, which are probably duplicates. I have another copy of this book which is in very poor condition as well; I believe it's missing the larger map and one of the smaller maps goes with that one. They were both too fragile for me to photo: in fact, one is basically torn apart at each fold. The boards are detached and it has taping. If you are interested in that copy, I can send pictures. The maps would go with whichever one you choose.This is definitely an "as is" item.View pictures (includes partial Contents/Illustrations) as part of description and ask any questions before purchasing.
