The item that you are viewing corresponds to the book ‘Carp’ by D. L. Steuart published as part of the highly collectable ‘How to Catch them’ series. The book is a third impression published in 1960 by Herbert Jenkins Limited.

The book is being offered for sale in a good condition for its age. The book comes with its original price-clipped dustwrapper, which has the usual rub, shelf-wear and nibbling associated with its periphery/edges. The dustwrapper now comes protected by a clear cellophane outer cover. The book’s light blue boards are in an overall good condition. Specifically, there is some minor bumping to the top and bottom of the spine. The top and bottom edges of each board have some slight sun fade associated with them. Internally, the book’s pages remain clean and undamaged, with a few fox spots mostly associated with their outward facing edges. This book comes from a non-smoking and pet-free household.
