 Vintage - written in 1920s-1960s

The stories of the Hardy Boy Brothers, who always seemed to find mysteries to help solve in their adventures. Even though they are close to a century old, they are still fun and exciting for children/young adults to read....and the vast changes that have occurred since written in our culture, society, technology makes an interesting study in itself. Funny, there's a note at beginning saying that F.W. Dixon incorporates all the latest techniques of FBI, police, and detectives.... Would be way too technical today wit instant DNA, cameras everywhere, etc...no wonder they retired!

This lot includes the earliest book The Secret of the Old Mill (1927) written in the series.

Same format as Nancy Drew/Dana Girls by Carolyne Keene ... just more for boys (remember the time period)
