Special Listings – if you are after a particular item and we have it in stock and not already listed, we are happy to list the item for you.

Offers/Split Listings – we feel that we have priced every item we sell at the best possible price for that item and as such we are not open to offers or splitting listings. You are welcome to enquire if we have another copy for sale – on the odd occasion, we may actually have a second item in our shop for sale and we are happy to make a new listing.  Items are sold “as is” in the listing. Of course, you are more than welcome to visit us in our bricks and mortar shop in Berrigan NSW 2712 to view any items we have for sale.

Combined Postage – yes, we are happy to combine postage on multiple purchases. You can either put items in your cart and request total or pay for items and we will refund the difference.

Packaging – we use a variety of new and used plastic, paper, cardboard, bubble wrap, air bags, boxes and bags depending on the size of your purchase and where it is being posted to. Some of the used packaging will have labels, price tags, marks, advertising, brand names etc on it. Your purchased item will be safely wrapped in the very middle – please make sure that you remove all the packaging.

Any problems? – Please contact us via eBay so that everyone has a record. While we try to make sure that we have done everything right on our end, sometimes there are delays or misunderstandings. We endeavour to adhere to eBays policies and their mediation process. Please check Australia Post tracking to see where your parcel is in the delivery process. Once we have posted your item, it is up to Australia Post to get it to you.
