Condition	Get the exact book you need in the exact binding. You are paying $4.99 per book, See the other description field to see which volumes are currently available. Each book is in good used condition, that is, no loose/missing pages, binding holding together. Some may be in better shape but NONE have dustjackets. There may be writing, stamps, remainder marks, address labels, bookplates, inscriptions, or other markings and the book may have various forms of wear such as soling, wear at corners or edges, retail store price stickers or remnants/residue of removed stickers, spine slant or other types of storage/shelf damage. Bret King has 182 pages. The books come from various sources, so they are sold AS IS because I do not know if the previous owner smoked, had pets, read in the bathroom, etc.

I always send the books protected by cardboard so that they will not be damaged in the mail. I have bought "brand new" books from sellers who send the book with no protection other than a plastic envelope not much thicker than Saran Wrap. Even if the book were new before being mailed, it was no longer in anywhere near new condition when I received it.

I do not claim that the books are new or mint but they are complete, readable copies featuring the original text--unless otherwise described--they may have dirt, bumps, or minor stains, especially on the edges, or maybe some light folds on a few pages, tanning, etc. The tweed books are at least 60+ years old because 1962 is when the picture books were first released as a less expensive replacement for the tweeds with dustjackets. Pictures show the actual books for sale that were available at the time of this listing but see below for an updated list of what is currently available.
