Please Note for domestic shipments. Due to the holidays and the pandemic, USPS orders are backed up in many areas. Choosing Media Mail, although the cheapest service, may delay your order for weeks but I am also being informed by USPS that all services (first class, etc..) can also be delayed. I drop packages off at USPS within 3 business days of payment so it may show in tracking, for example, a label printed only (although your package has been delivered to USPS). before it shows a scan at the next tracking/receiving hub. Sellers do not have control over shipments moving once they are dropped off at USPS (unless certified mail tracking) and when no USPS hub scan is showing in tracking although the seller has delivered to USPS even if scanned in at the original drop off facility, may show in tracking as not sent although it has been. We are being told by USPS to have the sellers and customers be patient, especially with Media Mail which again is the lowest priority service.

10% of this sale is donated to St. Baldrick's for Kids Cancer Research. All donations are managed through eBay and not by the seller so you can feel comfortable knowing your donation is going directly to this charity following the sale.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are an International Buyer shipping to a country outside the US with International Parcel Post, there may be substantial delays with the US Postal Service, sometimes up to months, due to the pandemic and hold ups with customs and the seller has no control over parcel movement. Please keep this in mind when purchasing.

You may notice that all my CD sales are always noted as "GOOD" and that is because we all have a very different perception of VERY GOOD. The majority of my CDs are in VG or MINT status, however I choose to meet in the middle for common ground. If they are at a level lower than the GOOD line, I will mark them as ACCEPTABLE with reasons. Most of the time it is because of missing artwork and not the condition of the CD itself.

There are too many specification conflicts with game consoles, operating systems, video cards and monitor resolution on older or vintage PC games if you are planning to try to play. I cannot guarantee the playability of a game on a specific system. Troubleshooting conflicts with playability of games will be the responsibility of the buyer and not the seller. Also, for media mail shipping times within the US is approximately, with 2 day handling time inclusive, is 8-14 business days which is normal shipping time for that service.

I believe in a simple Term of Sales:

- PAYMENT: I accept PayPal only. Payment must be made within 2 days following an Auction win. For a Buy It Now or Best Offer win, payment must be posted immediately following auction end or buyer must contact seller at the auction end for a confirmation of scheduled payment.

- SHIPPING: Any other method of shipping type or carrier other than specified within the auction must be paid by the winning buyer. Cost of shipping is determined by eBay calculator. If shipping International or outside of the Domestic United States (Hawaii, Alaska) all shipping will be paid for by the buyer. If the price of International or shipping outside of the domestic US is actually higher than what the eBay calculator has provided, the buyer will be obligated to pay the shipping and will be contacted following auction end. Likewise, if there is a price difference that is lower than the eBay calculator from the carrier's website, the lower price will be used for a shipping savings to the International or outside Domestic US customer. I try to package items carefully and generally ship within 2 business days.

- TERMS: All Items are AS IS as shown in auction pictures provided. Any additional pictures can be requested prior to auction end and bidders are encouraged to request more if needed. I do not have a reserve on my auctions to allow the market to determine the final price of an item(s).
