The Village Cook-Book Salisbury NH 1965 Congregational Comm Church Rev Ed Vtg

This is a vintage cookbook dated 1965 entitled "The Village Cook-Book".  This 110 page cookbook is from the Salisbury Congregational Community Church of Salisbury, New Hampshire.  It is a "Revised Edition" that has been edited by The Salisbury Ladies Aid.  It contains chapter such as Beverages, Breads, Cakes and Frostings, Candy, Cookies and Squares, Casseroles, Desserts, Fish, Meats and Poultry, Pickles, Relished and Preserves, Pies, Salads and Salad Dressings and Dips, Sauces, Soups and Chowders, Vegetables, and Quantity Cooking Menus.  The cookbook is uniquely set us as a portrait style book with the binding at the top and it is covered in a blue floral calico print fabric.  The reverse sides of the pages are intentionally left blank for you to add your own favorite recipes.  Cookbook is in good vintage pre-owned condition.  Cover title label is torn in the upper left corner.  The last two pages are torn in the bottom right corner.  Cover does show dirt and wear consistent with age and years of use.  Original owner has added some hand written recipes to the back side/blank side of the recipes.  Otherwise it appears to be in good shape.  Please review and enlarge all photos for additional details and views.  Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.
