The Squire's Legacy by Mary Cecil Hay 1890s 1st US print antique hardcover book

Antique hardcover book circa 1885-1900 earliest known 1st US printing version of the book title in good, complete condition with everything intact. Exterior does show signs of minimal storage and usage wear being over a century old but still is in great decently preserved quality. I could not make out a date on the book even though I took pictures of where the date normally is but an expert told me the year was somewhere between 1885 to 1900 based on the printing and materials of the book. The pages are very clean in good condition with everything perfectly readable. The first ever printing was in the UK from 1874 to 1875 and this was the first US printing in New York from what I've been told.
