The Scriptures is a literal translation of the Tanakh and Messianic Writings (Old and New Covenants/Testaments). The Names of our Father, YHWH, and Savior, Yahushua/Jesus have both been restored in Modern Hebrew type, giving it a closer understanding to the original writing. The books in the Tanakh are arranged according to the original order of the Hebrew Scriptures: Torah, Prophets, and Writings. Books are titled in English at the top of one page, while Hebrew at the top of the next (Example: Genesis/Bereshith). All other names, people, places, things, etc. are translated to a more accurate, literal, Hebrew to English translation. God has been translated to Elohim, angels to messengers, Law to Torah, Moses to Mosheh, Jeremiah to Yirmeyahu, Matthew to Mattithyahu, and so fourth.

New Features:

· Improvements to the text - seeking a yet closer equivalent to the literal meaning of the original language.

· Quotations / Allusions from the Tanakh (O.T.) are in bold type in the Second Writings (N.T.), and are accompanied by the text references - aiding your understanding of the original contexts, and how they influence the writers drawing upon them.
