Author Biography

Eileen Deadwiler hails from North Las Vegas, NV, where she lives with her husband Derrick and a lovable boxer/pit named Dexter. She is the mother of four young adult children and has one son-in-love. Her authorship began when she wrote the book she sought to read, The Journey in Between, Navigating the Terrain in Between Life's Moments.At an age when many people are settling into whom they have become, Eileen, at 50, was navigating the space of starting over in a new state, settling into a new home, crossing a threshold in her marriage as an empty nester, and not knowing what was next for her.So, Eileen began to write. During her in-between moment, she launched a podcast, earned a Graduate Certificate in Christian Theology, and was presented with a proclamation from the City of Las Vegas for her Virtual Bible Study during the COVID-19 pandemic, awarded June 2, 2021, as Eileen Deadwiler Day. Dick Bernal has been in ministry for over 40 years. He and his wife Carla were Youth Leaders in the late 70's then pioneered Jubilee Christian Center in San Jose, California in 1980. Jubilee became a MegaChurch, and in 2018, they turned Jubilee over to Ron and Hope Carpenter and is now Redemption Church. Dick continues to travel and release his unique anointing on and over churches, ministries, pastors, business leaders, and God's people.
