The Egyptian by Mika Waltari (1985, HC, Bantam Greatest Historical Novels)

An acceptable condition hardcover copy of 'The Egyptian' by Mika Waltari. This is the Bantam Books The Greatest Historical Novels version and is bound in faux leather. The outside of the book has some bump and rub wear along the edges, with some heavier rub wear to the corners. The outer page edges have some staining and dirt. Inside there is a previous owner's information written on the front free endpaper, which I have partially marked out in the photo for safety, but is not marked out in the book. Besides that there is no other writing or markings to any of the main pages. A handful of pages have some stain spots, which I have included just a few examples of the worst in the photos provided, and one page has a tiny piece missing from the side edge. There are no dog eared corners, but there are some minor bends and folds to some corner tips from general use and bumping. A copy with some wear and tear, but overall still a very solid copy.
