What do I do if I haven’t received my order?

Rarely, but sometimes shipments through the postal carrier can get a little delayed. Rest assured, we have you covered.

To receive a Full Refund:

Items must be returned in their original condition; ideally in the original packaging provided. A Return must authorized by first contacting us.
