There is a 0.5 inch tear at the bottom of the front cover near the spine. The outside page edges are dust stained. There are brown stains along the brown binding tape inside the front and back covers. There are a few marks and light stains on the inside of the front and back cover. The pages are firmly attached at the spine. The first page has an address stamp at the top right corner and a small piece missing at the bottom edge. The pages are off-white.
