Here for sale is a vintage and original first edition, 7th printing of the Ian Fleming James Bond novel, Dr No published by Jonathan Cape in 1966.The book is in near fine condition - still being still compact, square and with tight binding. The covers are still black (without the silhoutte) and is generally mark free. Plus minimal shelf wear to the extremities. Superb condition for the age of the book.The spine is also in excellent condition being straight, compact and with the silver titles and logo still prominent. Plus only a small area of shelf wear to the bottom edge.Inside, the book is very clean with white, crisp pages plus no marks or inscriptions. There is a small stamp to the back page (which has the date: "1-68") but this is very small and minimal. Plus some browning to the text block edge. All consummate with age. Overall in excellent condition for the age of the book. Please do check photos for exact condition.The dust jacket is a new facsimile/reproduction of the first edition/first impression dust jacket for the Ian Fleming/James Bond novel, Dr No published by Jonathan Cape in 1958.
