The text is accompanied by numerous black and white illustrations, 65 plates and a fold-out nomograph for rifle elevations. Condition: It is in fair to good condition. There is minor soiling with moderate edgewear to the cover. The corners are worn, the top and bottom of the spine is softened and there is a tear along one side of the spine. There is moderate soiling with light brown spotting to the outside of the page ends. There is minor soiling and light tanning to the endpapers. There are business stickers on the back, and a book plate on the front, endpapers. A faint outline of pencil markings is noted on the front endpaper. There is light brown spotting on the pages throughout the book. The pages are unmarked by notations or highlighting. The fold-out nomograph has a slight tear at the inside margin edge.
