Permanent Rose was written by Hilary McKay and published by Hodder Children’s Books in 2006, first thus.  This paperback is in very good condition with very light rubbing and infinitesimal creasing to binding, and light tanning to page edges: near Fine.  216 pages.  ISBN 0 340 88243 3.NB This publication has no creasing to the spine, is clean throughout and a tight copy and has possibly not been read.
