Brown softcover wrap in very good condition, has old price handwritten in upper right-hand corner of the front wrap, slight browning of front wrap edges, edge of wraps slightly bumped, rear wrap has vertical spine report titling as issued, 11-3/8 x 9-1/8 in, 18 p. and four black and white photographic plates, overall in very good condition.
