Condition	These books range in condition from Excellent/Like New to Good. The older books have yellowed on both the cover and a little on the inside pages. There are no rips, tears, underlines, highlights or writing on any of the pages. A personalized embossed stamp of the original owner is on the title page of 21 of the 32 books. (See photos) These books have been read, gently used and carefully stored. They are part of a large personal collection of 2,000+ books located in my home. Nearly all the books in this personal collection fall in the History genre. Approximately 90% are hardcover and in “like new” condition. Since we obtained these books, we have always stored them in a smoke-free, climate-controlled environment.

Handling Time:

All my listings say “3 Business Days” for handling. However, 90% of my sales have been shipped the very next day. Ebay regularly sends me messages suggesting I reduce my 3-day handling to increase my sales. I have not changed it because of that 10% of the time when I take short trips and cannot immediately ship. I rather the buyer be surprised and pleased with the quick ship instead of disappointed with a later ship. I am not a Used Book Dealer. My books are rated for those buyers in mind who simply want a book to read and/or want to add to their personal collection. If the only blemish I see is a remainder mark, a small smudge or anything else I view as insignificant, it will still get a “Like New” rating. I have several books that have a personal message written inside, an embossed stamp, and/or a written date of purchase. I do my best to photograph all of these and anything else I see that may make the book less than perfect. If you require more photos, I will try to accommodate your request.

Seller's Packaging Technique:

Single book orders:

Usually, I use Kraft Easy-fold boxes and bubble lined mailing envelopes. This system works very well to protect books. A larger book that will not fit in an Easy-fold will be sent securely In a box.

Multi-book orders:

My multi-book packaging technique varies (obviously) according to the number and size of the books ordered. Usually, previously used boxes and packaging supplies given to me from family, friends and neighbors are put to use. However, there has been a few occasions when a purchase of both boxes and packing supplies has been needed as orders had depleted my supply.

The books you order will be packaged with care to ensure a safe journey to their next home. A variety of packing supplies have been used including packing paper, bubble wrap, Styrofoam, shredded paper, etc.
