Dust jacket designed by Trevor Scobie in homage-style to Richard Chopping who designed most of the early Ian Fleming Bond novels. This book is notable among all the Bond titles as the only one to include Bond's name in the title.

This is a 36 year old used book in good vintage condition. No inscriptions, annotations or markings. From a smoke free home. DJ has creasing to top front corner. Pages are age darkened at edges. A few small dust marks to top page edges. From a smoke free home.

John Gardner was appointed by Glidrose, (owners of the copyright) to continue Ian Fleming's Bond novels and No Deals Mr Bond is the sixth of 16 that he wrote and one of the harder ones to find. Gardner told reviewers he wanted to stay true to the Bond character, but also develop it. Reviews suggest he did: 'Just as enjoyable as the originals.' - London Evening Standard. N

The first editions of Gardner's series of compellingly written Bond novels are now increasing appreciated and collected, regarded as an important part of the Bond dynasty.
