Shipping
Your order will usually be dispatched next working day. UK orders are sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class and take 3-6 working days. We now offer 1st class delivery as an option at the extra cost of £3 per item. We can now also offer Express next day delivery (mon-thu) for additional £5.00 in the UK. Orders before 12 noon, will be sent the same day, orders received after 12 noon will be posted the next working day (Monday-Thursday) not including bank holidays. International orders usually take 12-15 working days, but can take up to 45 days due to customs and border control. We are happy to offer combined shipping on orders that have multiple items, depending on the weight. Please contact us before ordering. CUSTOMER NOTE: If your item is being delivered to communal address or is larger than a normal letter box please supply a contact telephone number to enable the carrier to deliver the item to you without delay. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact us via the methods available within eBay regarding any problems before leaving negative feedback. Any defects, damages, or material differences with your item, must be reported to us within 30 days of receipt of the item. The returned merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of the shipment notification; non-deliveries must also be reported within 30 days of shipment notification. Goods should be returned with the original packing slip. If you simply change your mind and no longer want the item, we'd appreciate it if you contacted us directly rather than opening a 'Return Case' through eBay. Please note if items are returned as no longer required/changed mind, only the item cost will be refunded. In this instance the buyer is responsible for any return postage cost. FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: item returned as no longer required/wanted - the item cost only will be refunded - buyer pays postage costs.
