These stamps were issued in the reichspfennig currency denomination. The stamps were released on April 30th of 1940 (the day before Labor Day) and were valid for use until the end of 1941. The limited time period for use was an attempt to get them out in the public where they would be seen by more people. Each stamp in your order will be individually labeled with the correct year, denomination, and official catalog number. These stamps are in Mint Never Hinged (MNH) condition and are not mounted inside the holder.
