Author Biography

James has been writing for 22 years; his work has appeared in Canada, Australia, and the United States. In 2010 and he was nominated for a Pushcart Prize. James is also a regular participant on the internet radio program World Poetry Open Mic. He currently resides in Palmyra, Pa. USA where he is a member of the Palmyra First E.C. Church and the 93rd Pa. Civil War re-enactment group, as well as being a servant to his three cats (Bela, Freddy, and Pepper).

Letters To Roxanne is a series of short love poems written by the author to his "own" Roxanne. There are shades of Rod McKuen laced with Shakespeare and snippets of Leonard Cohen laced with Michael Drayton and Edward Dowson.
