Author Biography

FRANCOIS GRIN is Professor of Economics at the Institute of Translation and Interpretation of the University of Geneva and Adjunct Director of the Education Research Unit. He has served as the Deputy Director of the European Centre for Minority Issues in Germany and taught in Canada and in the United States. He is the author of numerous publications in language and education policy evaluation.
