Fr. Juan J. Sosa is pastor of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in the Archdiocese of Miami. A consultant to the Bishops' Committee on Divine Worship, Fr. Sosa was Executive Director of the Ministry of Worship and Spiritual Life from 1984 to 2001 and has served as president of the Instituto Nacional Hispano de Liturgia, Inc., from 1982-1988 and from 2001 to the present. Fr. Sosa participated in the Subcommittee for Hispanics of the former Bishops' Committee on the Liturgy to help develop Spanish (and bilingual) texts for the Hispanic assemblies of the United States. Father Sosa's previous publications include Manual para entender y participar en la misa with Liguori Publications. His musical compositions have been published by Oregon Catholic Press and appear in Flor y Canto I and II and in the CD Desde la Aurora Hasta el Ocaso.
