Kamaole Beach Club is located in South Kihei, directly across from Kamaole Beach One. From KBC you can watch the spectacular Maui sunsets, and view the panoramic grandeur of Haleakala towering on the eastern skyline. Take time to enjoy all the activities the beach and ocean have to offer; there’s so much for you to explore – walking or relaxing on the beach, paddle-boarding, swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, canoeing and outrigger-canoeing. In the summer months give wind surfing a try.
Just below the surface of the Pacific Ocean is whole new world–a world of kaleidoscopic colors with many species of beautiful tropical fish, coral and sea turtles; from November to April the Humpback whales gracefully entertain with breathtaking displays of acrobatics; all for your viewing pleasure! Within walking distance of KBC you can find many amenities: shopping, restaurants for a quick lunch or those for fine dining, and, of course, sidewalk cafes for shaved ice and ice cream!

POOL & BBQ AREAS
Relax and enjoy the KBC pool situated at the rear of the property.
On the ocean-facing side of KBC, barbecues and a picnic area is provided for your use. Another gas grill is located near the pool. Please be sure to turn off the gas and clean grills when you are finished as a courtesy for the next guest’s use.
PHONE AND INTERNET SERVICE
We offer complimentary phone and internet service through Spectrum (formerly Oceanic Time Warner Cable). The phone service includes unlimited long-distance calls to mainland USA and Canada.

The internet modem is located under the TV. Please use the cable provided to connect your computer to the modem. Your unit is equipped with a wireless router, login information is listed on the router. If you encounter problems connecting to the internet or using the phone, please call the Spectrum HELP DESK at 1-800-892-2253; they will assist you.
ACTIVITY BOOKINGS
The KBC office staff is available to assist you with booking your sight-seeing activities and adventure packages on the Island of Maui. These activities are described later in this compendium.
MAID SERVICE

WHO IS HANDLING THE CLOSING? WHO SHOULD I CONTACT FOR UPDATES?
Resort Closings, Inc. out of Bozeman, Montana is handling the escrow and closing process.
The average closing time (receipt of funds/paperwork to final documents sent to the resort) is 14-18 weeks. Some resorts require ROFR which can delay the closing 15-30 days. If the buyer purchases Title Insurance (when available) it will increase closing time 3-4 weeks, on average. Some resorts and locations may have other closing processes that make the closing time longer. Please email me if you have any questions regarding closing, or if you would like copies of the escrow documents.
