PAYMENT

All payments must be made through eBay. If you win an auction item, we allow up to 7 days to make payment. If payment hasn't been received within this time, your order will be cancelled. For 'Collection Only' items, payment must be made through eBay before the item can be collected.

DISPATCH TIMES & SHIPPING

All orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday). We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

If the item is listed as 'Collection Only' then we are unable to deliver and please consider this before bidding. If you have ordered multiple items, they may ship from different locations and arrive separately. As a charity, we try and reduce our packaging costs so your item may arrive in recycled packaging :)

UK DELIVERY

UK orders are mostly shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Larger and heavier items are shipped using DHL Next Day. As we are a network of charity shops selling on eBay, on the rare occasion there is not a post office close by to the shop then we will use an alternative courier, such as Evri or Yodel.

COMBINED SHIPPING (UK ONLY)

As we are a network of charity shops selling on eBay, items may ship from different locations. Please contact us before making payment and we can combine postage costs as best as we can. Please understand that this may not always be possible, depending on the size/weight of the items and where they are shipping from. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We only accept international orders through eBay's Global Shipping Program. If you are based outside the UK and order without using the Global Shipping Program, your order will be cancelled and we'll contact you to see how you wish to proceed. We are unable to combine shipping for international orders.

RETURNS RETURNS

30 DAY RETURNS

We accept all returns within 30 days of your order being received. If you wish to return your item, please contact us or open a return case through eBay. Ship the item back to us in the same condition it was sent, and we will provide a full refund through eBay managed payments.

DAMAGED ITEMS

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit, or is otherwise not what you were expecting, please message us and let us know. Our team will be happy to assist you.

Can you provide additional details or photos of the item?

Yes. We are happy to check items within reason and provide additional photographs or information that you may require.

Please be aware that all accessories and accompanying pieces are included in the photographs. If something is not shown in the photographs, please assume that it is not included. Listings cannot be split and must remain as a whole lot.

 

When will our team be available to you?

Our team will be available to answer all questions and details Monday-Friday 9am -5pm. Our inbox is monitored over the weekend for urgent queries but details/additional photographs requested will be provided on Monday.

 

Do you combine invoices and reduce postage?

As we are a network of charity shops selling on eBay, items may ship from different locations. Please contact us before making payment and we can combine postage costs as best as we can. Please understand that this may not always be possible, depending on the size/weight of the items and where they are shipping from. 

 

Can I pay in cash?

We only accept payment via eBay managed payment systems.

 

Is Collection available?

You are welcome to collect items. Please message us before before making payment so we can confirm where you item can be collected from, and adjust shipping costs. Payment must be made through eBay before the item can be collected.

 

Do you accept buy it now offers?

Unfortunately, we do not accept offers on any active auction items. This is to ensure that the item reaches the best possible sale price for our charity and to not disappoint any of the current watchers/bidders. If you do chose to bid, we wish you the best of luck :)

 

When will my order be dispatched?

The warehouse aim to despatch items within 1-3 working days from date of payment (this does not include weekends). Once your order has been shipped, you will be issued with a tracking number which will allow you to follow the status of your delivery. 

 

Can I cancel my order?

We do not allow auctions to be cancelled once the auction has finished. We are happy to assist with cancelling bids if there are less than 24 hours remaining until the auction end. All information is present for bidders and buyer to take into account before bidding.

 

Do you ship internationally?

For all shipping information we would advise to refer to our postage and payment section in our listing, this provides information on where we do and do not ship to as well as GSP shipping estimations.
