A)    The title of the listing is used to attract potential buyers looking for similar items and may contain word(s) that do not apply directly to the item listed. 

B)     PLEASE REVIEW ALL PICTURES FOR CONDITION.  Typically we have one hit wonders and the product listed is the actual product you will receive.  Often the manufacturing packaging contains shelf wear, previous warehouse/shipping damage and is typically discarded to save on shipping costs.  If the listing has multiple quantities, we try to use a set of photos that provides an overall idea of what you will receive.  If you require additional photos, please ask and wait for our response before making the purchase.

D)    Shipping – US & International

a.      We are located in Arizona- East coast shipments take a little bit longer with FedEx SmartPost services.  We do not ship FedEx to PO Boxes.

b.     We can only ship to the eBay / PayPal address which is submitted at the time of your payment. If you wish to ship to an alternative address, please update your PayPal and eBay account prior to making payment.  If you forgot to change your address, we review the exception on a case by case basis.

c.      We ship within 2-4 business days of receipt of payment. We are setup with eBay for 1-Day Handling time.   If your order comes in after 8am on Friday, your shipment will be prepared for shipment on Monday (unless Monday is a holiday, then the shipment will be prepared on Tuesday).

d.     Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and sometimes PO Boxes - Additional fees AND longer shipment times may apply.

e.      United States Post Office (USPS), FedEx and couriers - Please understand that we do not control the courier’s delivery times or costs. For example, Priority Mail is an estimate of 2-3 days; however, according to the USPS the time frame is not a delivery guarantee.  The only postage which is guaranteed by the Post Office is Express mail which is very pricey.  We only offer Express if you provide a pre-paid shipping label.  FedEx Smartpost is a joint venture between FedEx and USPS and can take up to 10 business days for a package to travel from Arizona, to the Bell Garden distribution center in California, then dispatched by semi-truck to the various regions of the United States.

f.       Please take into consideration shipping time and costs prior to placing bid. Free shipping is only available in the continental United States. 

g.     International Shipments are not eligible for free shipping.  We use eBay Global Shipping Services.  Prior to purchase, please inquire if our weights and measurements are accurate.  We are more than happy to update a listing with final shipping weight and packaging information to ensure the best eBay Global Shipping price.

1)    We do our best to find any defects and provide accurate photos and/or accurate descriptions of known issues.  Missed information is not an acceptable reason to return an item.  Questions and inquires are to be made prior to making a bid/offer.  

2)    Electronics of an analog nature and/or more than 5 years old typically require opening and cleaning.  We have found this to be consistent in many cases, but not all, with but not limited to, radio tuning dials, Playstation Controllers, Atari Paddle controllers, volume dials, etc.  

3)    Post Sale questions are discouraged by eBay.  Please do not make a purchase before receiving answers to your question(s).

RETURN POLICY:

A)  We do strive to deliver excellent customer service.  We are a Father & Son eBay Team with a few helpers and we do our best to provide accurate listings with fair values to you our customer.

B)  We do understand special circumstances arrive in which there may be a legitimate reason to return an item.  Please contact us with your inquiry. 

C)   In the event you “Just Didn’t Like an Item”, you must contact us to discuss.  If your return is approved, you will be obligated to pay for return shipping and original* shipping.  In addition, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee to help cover the eBay and PayPal fees incurred at the time of sale of the product.

D) The eBay Money Back Guarantee only applies to items that are not listed correctly.  Please read the eBay Money Back Guarantee policies before making an offer or purchasing our items.

According to eBay’s Policies, the eBay Money Back Guarantee is NOT a warranty either.  If your product purchased has a manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer first for assistance.  Please let us know if you have to contact a manufacturer; we may have quick access to YouTube tutorials, help desk forums, etc.

E) *Original Shipping that is marked as free shipping is not free.  The actual cost of the shipping postage and packing material will be deducted from your refund.  Packing material is typically nominal.
