About the Author- About the Author:-Chakshu Pathak, holds a Ph.D from University Department of Commerce and Business Management, Ranchi University, Ranchi and has studied Master's Degree in Commerce with specialisation in Human Resource Management from St. XavierCollege, Ranchi. He is a visiting faculty to the Constituent College sunder Ranchi University as Guest Faculty and has also been a part of Ranchi Chapter of Cost Accountants of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India as Guest faculty in Foundation Level. He has been an active participant and speaker in various seminars and conference on Accounting and Finance. He is actively involved in the teaching profession for over past 5 years.
