The pages have some yellowing due to natural aging. This book was published by the Culinary Arts Institute in collaboration with Montgomery Ward to introduce consumers to microwave cooking when it was new. The book includes the warranty and operating instructions for microwave model 8037, along with many good recipes. Color photographs and B/W illustrations.
