Rinaldi, MD is Professor of PM&R and Pediatrics at theUniversity of Texas Southwestern Medical Center; and is Division Chief of Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine at Children's Health in Dallas, Texas. Rajashree Srinivasan, MD is Associate Professor of PM&R at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and Associate Medical Director and Chief of Service in the Division of Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine at Children's Health in Dallas, Texas.
