FURTHER IMPORTANT NOTICE - AS OF 2012 U.S. POSTAGE RATES HAVE BEEN RAISED AGAIN QUITE A LOT. IT LOOKS LIKELY THAT POSTAGE WILL RISE EVERY YEAR IN THE FUTURE.
