Author Biography
WOLFGANG HEIN is Head of the Research Programme 'Transformation in the Process of Globalization' at GIGA, the German Institute of Global and Area Studies, and Professor at the Institute for Political Science at the University of Hamburg, Germany. His main research interests are in the fields of globalization, sustainability and development and global governance, with a focus of health. SONJA BARTSCH is Senior Research Fellow at GIGA German Institute of Global and Area Studies, Germany.
