Reiko Ogawa is Associate Professor at the Graduate School of Social Sciences, Chiba University, Japan.Raymond K H Chan is Associate Professor  at the Department of Applied Social Sciences, City University of Hong Kong.Akiko S Oishi is Professor at the Graduate School of Social Sciences, Chiba University.Lih-Rong Wang is Professor at the Department of Social Work, National Taiwan University.
