Author Biography
One of the most important figures in American science fiction, Philip K. Dick was born one of twins - his sister died in infancy - and lived most of his life in California. In a career of prodigious productivity and achievement, he wrote more than fifty books. The films Blade Runner and Total Recall are both based on his stories.
