Julie, who is employed as a theatre sister in a hospital, in Sydney, Australia, witnesses a murder on her way home from work. Knowing the murderer will try to kill Julie, the only witness, the police advise her to leave the area until the murderer is caught, and not to disclose to anyone, including her new Boss, that she's a nurse hiding from a killer, as it could lead him to her. This proves very difficult when she takes a job as a cook on a cattle station in the outback..
