A very good/excellent condition copy of Ian Fleming's 13th James Bond title. This is a true first edition, first printing in Binding A (without very limited press run incl. gun motif to exterior [I wish!], as per official Fleming bibliographer Jon Gilbert). The dust jacket is a 4th printing as evidenced by the ISBN number on the reverse flap.

The exterior is in very good/excellent condition with some minor markings and shelf wear in form of rubbing to top/bottom and corners, most notably bottom right of front cover.

The interior is near mint, with minor foxing/marking to some page tips. No personalisation or any other marks beyond very minor handling/shelf wear .

The dust cover has small tears and rubbing to extremities, as well as a light fold mark running down the spine (on left and right fold points). There are also small black markings and some loss to bottom of the spine, but overall a very good example with no general discolouration to spine.

Overall, a very good/excellent copy.
