We try to estimate the weight but we usually don’t know for sure until we ship the item. We refund charges for shipping when the difference between the amount paid & the actual charge is over $1.00. If a service is included as part of the shipping method, the unused amount will be refunded if greater than $1.00. Any shipping charges refunded will be minus the Ebay final value fee on the difference since we cannot recover this charge from Ebay.
