Condition	great vintage paperback entitled The Black Cloud by Fred Hoyle - "Earth menaced by a power beyond the planets and older than time!" – A Signet Book Complete and Unabridged - #S1673 – First Printing June 1959. Front and back covers show a fair amount of shelf wear with some dings around the edges and creasing along the spine, paper loss, a tear along the spine on the back cover (2 ¼ inch), Spine has a slight lean, pages are firmly attached, some creasing and dings at the top and toe, some paper loss, inside front and back covers show very clean, no writing, pages show browning with no tears, creases or writing, there is a small stain on the bottom right on 4 pages near the middle, pages edges are red, slight discoloration, no writing, very cool advertisement for Science Fiction Book Club in the middle
