Biela Vel'ryba (Moby Dick), Herman Melville, Czech Language Edition, 1958, Hardcover.  Beautifully illustrated by Rockwell Kent.  This book has some pencil notations and what appears to be an old price penciled to the bottom corner of the half-title page.  There are no other previous owner markings, but several pages have some light smudging.  There are no loose pages, but the binding is slightly split at the top of the second page (visible in pictures above).  There is a little waviness to the pages, but no moisture stains.  The boards have some light spotting, edge wear and bumping, and the page ends have some light wear.  The rear endpaper is torn at the top and affixed to the rear pastedown (pictured above).  No DJ.  Please examine all of the pictures closely as they are considered part of the description.  A far from perfect copy, but still a collectible large volume which feature the famous illustrations of Rockwell Kent.Thanks for looking!
