Like so many of you: I have many friends and relatives who have "gone on to heaven." And while my belief in the eternity we will spend with God is solid, my understanding of what heaven was really like was weak. That is why I ordered multiple copies of David Oliver's book, "All About Heaven." This is a powerful, useful, encouraging, and comforting resource for both those who experience grief, and for those who minister to the ones who are impacted by the death of a loved one.--Rich MarshallPerhaps one of the most difficult experiences in life to process is the death of a loved one. As believers we are far from immune to the pain and grief involved. When the death is of a grown up son who leaves behind his young family, well, the trauma is difficult to describe. In late 2018, David Oliver's son, Joel was diagnosed with an extremely aggressive form of cancer and after only 17 days his earthly life ended. As a published author, David found that one of the ways of processing this terrible loss was to research and write the book All About Heaven.
