Covers have wear, scuffing, staining & soiling. Spine has MUCH fading & staining (see photo 2). Pages have yellowing/fading. Part of page 103 is torn off.Please know that I have NOT checked each & every page for marks, stains, additional clippings or tears etc. so you are buying this "as is" with NO RETURNS for any reason.
